ECW is coming to you from the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Your hosts are Todd Grisham and Matt Striker.
Things
begin with the exciting announcement that MVP will host all the
participants in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match in the VIP Lounge.

Highlights of the confrontation between Carlito & Primo Colon and
John Morrison & the Miz. Nikki Bella got sprayed with apple after
Miz and Morrison ducked out of the way. Not only are the two teams
competing at
Wrestlemania XXV to unite the tag titles but they've apparently split up the Bella Twins!
1. John Morrison w. The Miz & Nikki Bella vs. Carlito Colon w. Primo Colon & Brie Bella:
Morrison and Carlito exchange holds until Morrison goes for a superplex
early on in the match. While Morrison isn't able to get the superplex,
he manages to catch Carlito with a roundhouse kick to Carlito, knocking
him off of the mat apron. ECW goes to commercial.

After
the break, Morrison has Carlito in a headlock until Carlito flips his
way out. Carlito then catches the "Tuesday Night Delight" with a
bodydrop followed by a clothesline. Fast paced offense by Carlito
continues with Carlito hitting a springboard elbow. Cover on Morrison
for a two count. Carlito lifts Morrison, punches him, and knocks him
back down. Morrison reverses an Irish whip but runs into a Carlito
elbowsmash. Morrison catches Carlito with a side Russian Leg Sweep
then covers him, getting a two count. Morrison whips Carlito into the
ropes but drops his head too long, allowing Carlito to hit a swinging
neckbreaker. Cover on Morrison for a two count. Both men try to land
their finishers but are countered. However Colon catches Morrison with
a spinebuster then covers him. Miz distracts referee Charles Robinson,
preventing a pin. Morrison bails out of the ring and heads for the
back until ECW General Manager Teddy Long shows up. Long tells Miz and
Morrison "Homey don't play that". Just to make sure the title
unification match at Wrestlemania XXV goes smooth, he's making the
match a Lumberjack Match. The dressing room empties with WWE
Superstars heading to the ring. Morrison is forced back into the ring
where Carlito is waiting. Both men continue brawling and hit dual
clotheslines on each other. Morrison gets up first and goes for a
suplex but Carlito escapes. Morrison is dropkicked out of the ring
only for the lumberjacks to throw him back in. Carlito is waiting and
he lands the Backstabber on Morrison. Cover and that's it.
WINNER: Carlito (by pinfall).
After the match, Miz and Nikki are unhappy as the Colons and Brie celebrate.

2009 class of the WWE Hall of Fame. Congratulations to Howard Finkel
on this great accomplishment.
VIDEO: Highlights
of last night's handicap match between Triple H and Randy Orton/Ted
DiBiase. After a Cody Rhodes run-in, the Legacy handcuffed Helmsley to
the ring rope and threatened to end his career if Stephanie McMahon
didn't come out. Stephanie ran out to try and save Hunter only to get
the rope hung spike DDT. To add insult to injury, Orton kissed the
fallen Stephanie then blasted Triple H in the face with the
sledgehammer.

2. ECW Champion "The All-American American" Jack Swagger & Tyson Kidd w. Natalya Neidhart vs. Tommy Dreamer & Evan Bourne: Todd Grisham points out how Dreamer was off track in his quest to win the ECW Title before June (or retire) but he's apparently back in the hunt.
Bourne begins the match against Kidd. Go-behind waistlock by Bourne on
Kidd but Kidd makes it to the ropes, forcing a break. The undefeated
Kidd catches Bourne with a spin kick but Bourne rebounds with a
clothesline followed by a dropkick. Kidd ducks out of the ring then
hides behind Neidhart. Bourne falls for the ploy and gets cheap
shotted by Kidd. Kidd wastes no time going after Bourne but Bourne
still manages to tag in Dreamer. Irish whip sends Kidd into the
corner. Kidd dazes a charging Dreamer with an elbow then goes to the
top rope. Dreamer knocks Kidd off, sending him into the Tree of Woe.
When Jack Swagger tries to interfere, Dreamer pops him, knocking
Swagger down. Dreamer crouches down, giving Evan Bourne a platform so
he can run and dropkick Kidd. Dreamer turns his attention to Swagger
and knocks "The All-American American" out of the ring as
ECW goes to commercial.
After the break, the heels take command, using basic but effective submission holds to wear down the ECW Original, Tommy Dreamer. However Dreamer manages to make the hot tag to Bourne and Bourne runs in,c leaning house on both Tyson Kidd and Jack Swagger. Swagger is knocked out of the ring by Bourne and Bourne knocks Kidd down as well. Bourne goes to the top rope but Kidd tries to knock him off. In an amazing display of speed, Bourne knocks Kidd down then hits the Shooting Star Press. Cover on Kidd and Tyson Kidd's undefeated streak is through.

THE V.I.P. Lounge with MVP, CM Punk, Finlay w. Hornwaggle, "World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry w. Tony Atlas, Kofi Kingston, Shelton Benjamin, Kane, & Christian: MVP is surrounded by all of the competitors for
Wrestlemania XXV's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. MVP tells the fans not to adjust their TV sets. This is
ECW with MVP and this is The VIP Lounge with the new U.S. champion-MVP. MVP reminds the fans that the winner will get an automatic title shot at the time of their choosing. MVP thanks everyone for showing up and turns to Christian, reminding the fans of "The Peep Show". Christian tells MVP and the fans that he's the man who will win the Money in the Bank. Shelton Benjamin takes offense and tells Christian if anyone is going to win the match, it's going to be the Gold Standard. Benjamin asks MVP what kind of lounge he's running. Where's the cheese and crackers? MVP tells Benjamin he doesn't know but he does have the U.S. title. Benjamin insults MVP, calling him someone who runs away. MVP reminds Benjamin he didn't run away last week on SmackDown! when he won the U.S. title. MVP tells Benjamin he's going to run up the ladder at
Wrestlemania and win the match. Punk interrupts, telling both men he's heard enough. Not only does he have Money in the Bank Ladder Match experience but he won the match and cashed it in to win the World Championship. Kofi tells Punk that they're friends but that he's ready to win the match. "World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry promises Kofi that he's going to make an example of him at Wrestlemania and tells him to shut up. Henry tells everyone he's going to get the briefcase and with his grip, no one can wrest it from his hands. Finlay thinks different and tells Henry he's going to blast the shilleligh over Henry's head. MVP asks everyone to calm down. There's one person they haven't heard from-Kane. Kane smiles and says nothing, but he does raise his hands, causing the lights to go red and Kane's pyro to erupt.
